Beyond the Build: 
Understanding Site-Specific Variables

No two backyards in the Phoenix Valley are identical. The prices reflected on the website are Base Prices for the standard plan that you choose for your backyard --- whether that be the Bisbee, the Camelback, or any of our other pre-approved designs --- which includes the plan, city permits, and our interior & exterior base finishes package. We will always stand by the price we present in our Comprehensive Proposal, with the final cost of your investment being influenced by three primary factors:

  1. Site Conditions: Ground-level factors like soil grading, existing utility access, sewer/water line connectivity, and drainage & flood irrigation patterns. Accessibility during construction, such as entrance through an alley or street entrance, are also taken into consideration. 

  2. Infrastructure Needs: Necessary property improvements, such as electrical panel upgrades, removal or relocation of existing landscaping or features including BBQs, pools, patios, or ramadas, and any other required changes to support your new unit, which will be discussed during our Complimentary Team Visit and Site Inspection. 

  3. Custom Upgrades: Personal selections for premium flooring, custom cabinetry, and high-end appliances that go beyond our standard, high-quality finishes.
