Base Price – our base price is for the standard plan that you choose for your backyard. Whether it be the Bisbee, Cholla or one of our other plans we stand by the price we present to you in step #3 of our process, the Comprehensive Proposal.

Base Price includes – standard plan,  City permits, interior & exterior base finishes package.

Unique Property Costs – just as our floorplans are unique, so is your property. While we can provide you with a Base Price, the total cost of the ADU you select can only be determined after completing Step #2 of Our Process – the Team Visit. Unique Property Costs encompass a range of factors, including but not limited to, the removal of existing landscaping, soil conditions, drainage & flood irrigation patterns, and any pre-existing backyard features such as BBQs, pools, patios, or ramadas that may need to removed. Additionally, specific to your property are considerations such as the location of the sewer line, water line, and the capacity of the electrical service panel for your main house. Moreover, the accessibility of your new ADU during construction, whether through the street or alley, will impact construction costs. These and other relevant factors will be assessed and outlined in your Comprehensive Proposal, step #3 of Our Process.
