Construction Quality: Stick framed on-site with 2”x 6” exterior walls and a permanent slab-on-grade foundation to ensure the same structural integrity as a primary residence. Robust R19 wall and R30 roof insulation package, providing quiet and cost-effective climate control year-round. Each unit also includes independent, city-inspected utilities featuring an energy-efficient 40-gallon water heater, durable PEX water lines, and a dedicated roof-mounted HVAC system.
