From Concept to Casita in 4 Easy Phases
We manage the complexity so you can enjoy the results. Our turnkey process is designed for transparency and speed.
Phase 1: Discovery & Site Visit (Week 1-2):
We begin with an introductory call to discuss your goals, followed by an on-site evaluation of utility connections and 2026 zoning eligibility. From there we will provide a Comprehensive Proposal outlining the project budget.
Phase 2: Permitting & Approvals (Month 1-3):
Upon signing of the proposal, using our pre-approved designs, we submit your plan and handle every interaction with the Planning & Development Department.
Phase 3: Groundbreaking & Construction (Month 4-7):
Our expert builders manage everything from foundation to desert-rated finishes. We manage our builders and contractors so there is no extra work for you. A truly turn-key experience.
Phase 4: Final Inspection & Move-In (Month 8):
We complete inspections, receive the Certificate of Occupancy, and hand over the keys.
