AZ ADU provides comprehensive consulting, design management, and general contracting services for Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) in Arizona. Information provided on this site is for educational and marketing purposes.

While 2026 Arizona laws (HB 2928) have expanded "by-right" ADU development, site-specific eligibility (including utility access, easements, and setbacks) must be confirmed through a formal professional evaluation by the AZ ADU team.

 

3. Estimates and Base Pricing

Any pricing listed on this site represents "Base Prices" for our standard pre-approved models. Final project costs are influenced by site-specific variables, including utility connectivity, infrastructure needs, and soil grading. Per A.R.S. § 32-1158, all residential construction projects exceeding $1,000 require a formal, written contract signed by both parties.

 

4. Intellectual Property

The pre-approved ADU floor plans (e.g., The Saguaro, The Bisbee, The Chameleon) and all related content on this site are the property of AZ ADU and may not be reproduced without written consent.

 

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be handled within the jurisdiction of Maricopa County.
